What could cause right ulnar sided wrist pain without trauma/injury? Accompanied by occasional ring and pinkie finger numbness and loss of grip strength/pain with grasping things. Movement causes pain and clicking sound.
I had an X-ray of wrist, elbow and forearm 9 days after injury and no evidence of fracture. I have tingling numbness and swelling in fingers and can move them but not bend or grasp fully without pain. Could it be a hand fracture or a sress fracture?
