Borderline ECG: This is often the computer's interpretation of an ECG that doesn't fit strict criteria that are programmed into the computer. These "abnormalities" are often very subtle and require a human being to over-read the ecg. It is important to remember that an ECG is a lab test just like any other and needs to be interpreted in terms of the patient who is in front of the md.
