What does anterior infraction mean on a ekg report.?

The correct term is infarction which refers to heart muscle damage usually caused by a blockage in a coronary artery. An anterior wall myocardial infarction refers to damage in the front portion of the left ventricle usually from a blockage in the left main or left descending coronary artery.
