No great treatments: If you still have active acne, see a dermatologist. There are very good medications to stop the large cystic type of acne but they come with a whole book full of complications and must be monitored carefully. Better to prevent scarring than to treat them which can involve excision, laser, dermabrasion, injections or fillers. See your plastic surgeon for options.
