Get serious: You're going to need your physician's prescription-strength medication, as topical treatment is almost never sufficient when it's on your trunk. A combination of systemic tetracycline and topical benzoyl peroxide may clear you, or if you're a woman who can take the oral contraceptive pill, this may work like magic. Isotretinoin is for tough cases and isn't for the faint-herated.
