How do you get rid of acne scars ? i have a couple on my chest but most of them are on my upper back and shoulders & i had since i was maybe 13 or 14

Manage the acne: I'm sorry your acne wasn't treated as it should have been. Nothing you do will change the scars, but a dermatologist or plastic surgeon can treat it with a filler, laser, or microsurgery. It's your call whether you want the repairs done. If you're not acne-free now, use benzoyl peroxide and if your trunk's still involved you'll need prescription Rx from your doctor, perhaps spironolactone.
