Could you survive intestinal cancer without treatment?

No: Any cancer that isn't treated by surgery, radiation, and/or chemotherapy (depending on the cancer) is 100% certain to kill you unless something else does first.

No: The cancer will continue to grow causing a blockage (a surgical emergency). It will also spread into nearby organs, as well as sites far from it (metastasis). All of this will disrupt your normal body functions and lead to death.

Not likely: Cancers of any type, intestinal or others, are not survivable without proper medical care that may include combinations of surgery, chemotherapy and sometimes radiation therapy.
