You are Bruxing: If you wake up with jaw pain the subsides after to get up, chances are your are grinding your teeth at night while you sleep (bruxism). You should see a dentist to evaluate your symptoms and provide treatment solutions for you.

Most likely bruxism: It sounds like you may have a case of bruxism or grinding the teeth while sleeping. This is just speculative, though, and there could be other causes, such as an infected tooth or a sinus infection, that react while in the sleeping position. See a specialist asap....Dentist, TMJ doctor or an ent.

Bruxism: Likely clenching/grinding teeth while asleep. Jaws usually stiff also. Often head/neck pain. See dentist, nightguard may be indicated.
