Could i get arthritis from turf toe?

UNLIKELY: Turf toe usually is a singular event and will heal without long lasting problems. If you injure the toe recurrently there is a chance of arthritis developing many years later but you would have had to chronically and repeatedly hurt the toe.

Typically not: Though turf toe is very painful, it is usually not sufficient trauma to cause secondary osteoarthritis. However, almost everyone develops osteoarthritis in the great toe with age.
