Depends on what type: There are many types of arthritis that can effect the foot from gout to osteoarthritis rheumatoid disease etc. The proper approach to therapy depends on the proper diagnosis first. Suggest you see podiatrist or rheumatologist to make proper diagnosis which will help dictate what treatment is needed.
