Its safe: If you are considering a total knee arthroplasty or total joint replacement, you must have a severe knee problem if you have tried all conservative measures and continue to have pain with difficulty ambulation you may need the procedure it is a safe procedure, but like all surgeries has risks which must be evaluated and discussed prior to the operation.
