See doc immediately: This doesn't sound good. With one-sided testicular pain/swelling that comes on suddenly and it's associated with nausea or abdominal pain, we worry about things like testicular torsion or maybe even an incarcerated hernia. Please see your doc asap.

Get examined: Orchitis-inflamma. Of testes and epididymitis , a part on the back of testes getting inflammed could be associated with bloatedness and pain lower back . The lymphnodes draining the testicles are in the lower abdomen. Is there any fever. Any swelling of face near the parotid gland from mumps, bacterial .Orchitis, torsion of testes, cancer , varicocele from dilated veins can cause enlarg. And pain.
