Hi my left testicul is a bit swollen and painfull up to my lower stomach.my geni### since then got very small and stays the same.there is a small hard point at bottom of.my testicul.i was at urologist last year apr and got medicines the pain stopped?

Pain: Your symptoms could be related to primary testicular problem. Epdidimytis, hydrocele, vesicocele or testicular torsion. Kidney stone would be another problem to explain symptoms.
