Of course!: Sounds like you had twin-to-twin-transfusion syndrome (ttts) treated with laser photocoagulation of placental anastomotic vessels. I am very sorry to hear of your complications. They are certainly the result of your diagnosis and treatment. Please talk to your fetal interventionists about what happened before jumping to conclusions, however you are due some answers.
