Though : Though infection can happen after any surgery or after any laser - i never had one after co2 laser resurfacing s. I feel that the chance for infection after co2 laser will be small.

Laser surgery: Laser surgery does not cause infection but rather seals off the tissues after destroying all the unwanted tissues it sterilizes the treated area.
