Frequently: Use the moisturizer 3-4 times every day.Use otc cortisone on bad patches except the face. Give 1-2 weeks.If no improvement-call your pediatrician.

Four months ago today, I had fractional C02 laser resurfacing. Today, suddenly, my Cetaphil moisturizing cream caused a stinging sensation & redness on the skin around my eyes. I tried substituting with CeraVe---same thing. Why might this happen?
