I've used retina cream on penile head, skin got burned by now healed but having pih. will cetaphil cream helps to reduce pih? or any other cream?

Why are you trying to do with Cetaphile - skin cleanser, which is nothing to do with PIH (pregnancy-induced hypertension)?
