Jaw surgery: Basically, the upper jaw is moved forward and lower jaw back to fix the bite and enhance the profile at the same time. The procedure takes about 3 hours. The first week is the toughest one. You will have a hard time breathing through your nose. By the end of third and fourth week, you will be 100%.
