What is the safest ssri for health anxiety! sertraline states heart attack as a side effect and at prolongation how is this safe i need some help?

All are ok: Your apprehension may cause problems with you getting the benefit from your ssri. If you take your pill ; then wait for something bad to happen you're likely to get anxious/panic ; think you're having a reaction--they all work ; they all take a couple weeks to start working. Zoloft/sertralinec is as good as any.
