Talk to more docs: It always helps if uncertain on what to do to talk to a variety of people, including even getting a 2nd opinion if chemotherapy felt to really help (or not) when facing a life-limiting disease that itself and the treatments might both cause significant symptoms. Would absolutely ask for a palliative medicine specialist evaluation and opinion.
