Why??: Your blood pressure appears to be controlled. I don't know of a problem with green tea but why do you wish to take it, particularly as a pill? Remember that "health food" stores have hundreds of products, most of which are of no benefit, some of which are harmful, and very few of which have any benefit. They should be closed for false advertising since their products are neither heathy nor food.

Overhyped: Green tea is the latest in a long line of overhyped nutritional products. Claims include weight loss, better health, longer life, better endurance. Do not believe the hype. Yes green tea contains some anti-oxidants and phytonutrients, but it still contains caffiene which is a stimulant and has diuretic properties. Too much green tea is not good for you.
