Maybe nothing.: Talk to your rheumatologist or primary care doctor first. Some people always have a little bit of a high WBC and some medicines (including those used for lupus) can raise the white blood count. Don't be alarmed by a number. Let your doctors be if appropriate. Call them in the morning.
