Likely: Though the regimen you were prescribed isn't on the cdc's recommended list for outpatient treatment of pid, it likely will work. Typically outpatient treatment involves an intramuscular injection of Ceftriaxone and Azithromycin (zithromax). The Amoxicillin should provide coverage even if it isn't first line.
