I have anxiety along with bipolar depression, was wondering if there is a non sedating medicine that would help wi, took clonazepam felt like a zombie?

Some Options: Bipolar depression meds like Seroquel and Latuda taken at night can help with anxiety too. In addition buspirone/Buspar at an adequate dose can help, but it can take weeks to be effective. Best of all -- non-medication approaches like slow deep breathing techniques e.g. "Coherent Breathing" along with psychotherapy.
