Most white : Raised bumps are usually benign. But of course it will become infected if you irritate it . Any skin lesions that gets bigger, change color , gets red and painful should be checked by your physician regardless.

? molluscum/wart: It could be molluscum contagiosum. Good to see a dermatologist toevaluate them/ remove them if they have ben around a while.
