Yes.: Be on an NSAID initially, start colchicine, once or twice per day. Then low dose Allopurinol (100-200mg) or low dose uloric (40). Get your uric acid at or below 6mg/dl. Your attacks will be few and farther apart and will stop. You will need to stay on the Allopurinol or uloric!
