Everytime we apply or end daylight savings, i get headaches every afternoon for 5-7 days. why? what can i do? i use nurofen now when i get attacks.

Circadian rhythm: That change affects circadian rhythm. It has major effect on many body process, esp changes in cortisol and other hormones that are most likely at the root of your headaches. Rhythm adjusts after a few days to a week or so. If Nurofen helpful, might consider treating with it 3-4 times a day the week prior to and week of change to see if helps. Also good to talk with your doctor about this. Dr R
