Pancreatitis?: I assume you are asking about pancreatitis, which is an inflammation of the pancreas gland. The pain associated with pancreatitis is constant, not intermittent or related to position. So your symptoms are not consistent with pancreatitis. If you are asking about something else, please rephrase your question.
