Cause?: Before any treatment it is very important to understand the reason. Is this because of a hormonal abnormality? Medications you may be taking? Syndrome related? In the us there really aren't well-studied options aside from surgery when there is no identifiable cause. Surgical techniques may be different. Some may consider anti-estrogen medication, but this hasn't been well studied.
