May or may not be: Spotting in small amounts (less than a dime size) that is intermittent typically nothing to worry about, but always mention it to your physician. More that a little spotting should always be immediately evaluated by a physician. Abdominal burning is also common. Try Tums or Zantac (ranitidine) and see if that helps. Eating small frequent meals may help as well.
