Not usually: Pregnancy creates many changes in the body, and that includes to the genitourinary system. However, especially in the first trimester, burning or dysuria is uncommon. Other things change though such as the body's ph, s things like yeast infections can be more common. I would also look for evidence of a bladder infection. Other symptoms would help narrow the causes down.
