You can any time: Vitamin supplements can be taken any time throught the day/night, but just remember that they are supplements--they should not replace what you should be getting fresh from your diet. If you eat a vaiety, balanced, healthy diet (see picture here) and exercise regularly, there is no need to take supplement. Consult doc or nutristionist if you need help. Good luck.

Sure, but why?: Multivitamins are worthless, and may be dangerous. They have no proven benefit. Save your money and buy a gym membership. Exercise has proven health benefits.
