Complex pattern: Usually if pain flares with urination, we like to rule out bladder or kidney infection. Also stones. A simple urinalysis will do the job. Gas is not usually related to utis or fibroid, . Could a v large fibroid cause pressure on the intestine? Possible. Explore the relation with your food intake. Vegetables, beans and milk could cause lots of gas in intolerant persons.
