If he has fever...: ....Bring him to his doctor now. This is a baby who is still two weeks shy of being ready to be born. He might have a cold, or he might have something life threatening. At this age, only a doctor and some appropriate testing can tell the difference. Take him to a doctor. Now. And good luck and best wishes.
