Baby has to be seen by the pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment. Pl do that asap.

Everything mentioned in this question could be a normal behavior of a two week old baby. I did not see any symptom of medical significance when dealing with a newborn. No need to give any medication at this point and you can check with your pediatrician during your next follow up visit to be sure that the baby is fine .
