Other cardiac or vas: Cardiac echocardiogram, carotid ultrasound, perhaps holter monitor or other test for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation or other arrhythmias.

Observation only: If all the above tests were normal wait and monitor should be appropriate, though we can check for carotid doppler ultrasound of carotid ( neck blood vessels) and check vitamin b12, thyroid level to complete the work up
