Probably not: Given that your exams were negative a year ago, it is unlikely that you would have a brain tumor if your symptoms have not changed. However, consider seeing your doctor if you are having any worsening or new symptoms and he or she will determine if it is appropriate to repeat any of the exams.

Not really: Brain tumors are rare (less than 5% of all tumors). If all those tests are normal, and you have no symptoms, a brain tumor is extremely unlikely.

Comment: Sounds like numerous reassuring studies provided only transient support, and you still are worrying about a brain tumor. Suggest you explore why you have this intense concern, and suspect you can learn to control your fears. Some counseling will be of benefit.
