Aquagenic urticaria: There are patients who develop urticaria or hives when they are in touch with water. This reaction is considered a "physical urticaria" and anti-histamines can be helpful in controlling the itching when contact can't be avoided. It may be helpful to consult an allergist or dermatologist.
