Arthritic knee Tx: Besides surgery and medicines, the remaining options include therapy, injections and bracing. Therapy helps the most. Injections, including cortisone type and hyaluronate, give temporizing relief. Knee sleeves can provide symptom relief. Assistive walking devices, like canes and walkers, can help with ambulation, but more importantly prevent falls.
