Hi i have grade 3-4 arthritis in my right knee an im 44 yrs old is it advisable to have microfracture surgery?

It depends: There's a lot to try prior to surgery. If you go to a surgeon that's the option, however, you are likely get. It's not that surgery might not help i would only suggest you try a few other options first. Some knees can have quite severe arthritis and patients can still get by quite well without surgery.
