Possibly: It depends on the type of incisions they made. If it is a side to side one along the bikini line and a similar one into he uterus, then yes. If it is an incision that goes up and down in the middle of her abdomen, then no. One thing to remember though, is that the possibility of a uterine rupture goes way up after multiple c-sections.

Possible/advisable??: The answer depends on: desire for further childbearing, whether your wife ever had a vaginal delivery or not, and the type of uterine incisions used in her two prior c-sections. If you do not want any further pregnancies, then a third c-section and tubal ligation is the safe way to go. A vaginal delivery is theoretically possible (even likely), however its risks are not acceptable by most women.

Possible/advisable??: If your wife has never had a vaginal delivery before, is overweight or obese and has no desire for further childbearing, my strong advice would be to have a pre-labor repeat c-section and bilateral tubal ligation. Trial of labor after more than one cesarean section has not been studied adequately due to physicians' reluctance to place undue risks on maternal-fetal life/health. Talk to your ob!
