This is not...: ...A bad problem to have. Most lactation problems i've seen involve an insufficient supply. What i would recommend is that you pump off the excess and freeze it. Breast milk keeps for up to 6mos frozen. That way if you are unable to feed for a while, for whatever reason, you have a supply. I don't recommend doing anything to lessen your milk supply until you are ready to stop nursing.
