A member asked:

Is it true exercise can dry up my breast milk? (currently breastfeeding)

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Pierrette Mimi Poinsett answered

Unlikely: Moderate exercise should not dry up your breastmilk. Your breastmilk supply is mainly controlled by how often you breastfeed.
