Viral: Homeopathic works as well as what you are on. Ice compress too. If vision decreases then there may be a place for topical steroids.

Conjunctivitis: With a non-resolving conjunctivitis, you need to be evaluated by an eye doctor with experience in this area. Based on the treatment regimen instituted prescribed thus far, you need to get a second opinion.
