I have several bumps in the back of my head with bacteria and they hurt what can i do ?

Antibacterial soap: If you are describing something other than acne(and dermatology is really tough without looking) i'd suspect folliculitis-an infection of hair follicles.I'd recommend a prescription soap like chlorhexidene-what we scrub with before surgery.
