Bruised black and purple chin but tonite it all the sudden got smaller and i could see something seem to move and tighten its still moving all around?

Depends: Unsure what this can be without a picture. Could be bruise that resolved. Did you recently have a procedure in the chin area? Did you sustained any trauma, like falling or butting your lower lip? Do you have an abcessed lower front tooth? See you doctor for an evaluation.

Chin problem: No idea what this is. A bruised, black and purple chin would be common with an injury to the jaw such as being hit in the jaw or a car wreck. Why it would suddenly get smaller, or what you're seeing move and tighten and still moving all around, i cannot tell you.
