Ganglion cyst : This could be a ganglion cyst. Does the ball get larger and smaller? Is it painful? Usually if this is problematic you can have it surgically excised. Couple of things: It could be a blister or it could be a ganglion cyst. See a doctor to determine if it needs to be drained.
