Rash?: Is there redness, rash, could be foot dermatitis, more pronounced at rest as you don't pay much attention to it when you are active.

Feet are weird: I tell patients this all the time-- feet are weird. "itching, creepy / crawly feelings, tingling, burning, stabbing" pains are typically associated with nerve conditions. This is a bit of a loaded question because the answer could be due to spine problems or a local pinched nerve or a hereditary condition. This one should be checked out by a doc.

Neuropathy? : I would consider some form of nerve impingement if the itching comes on in a postional type situation.
