Stress: Easy to get a colonoscopy and rule out but it sounds a lot like stress to me. Still - check w your doctor.

Many things...: Can cause illness and weight loss, things other than cancer can cause this. Laboratory testing may not tell all information. Have you had a colonoscopy before? Be sure you have a follow up with your doctor and possibly a referral to gastroenterologist for colonoscopy.
