Possibly: People with marfan's can have hypermobility of their of joints which possibly could lead to irritation of either the median nerve causing carpal tunnel or the ulnar nerve causing ulnar nerve syndrome.

Carpal tunnel Marfan: Not typically thought there have been case reports of acute cts due to bleeding assocaited with marfanoid issues with blood vessels, the anatomy of the carpal tunnel is not predisposed to compression in this disorder. Mar fans is assciated with long limbs and fingers but they are not skiinny with respect to bone and normal anatomy just appear that way due to longer length. Interstin question tho.
